Spray Finishes
Spray Finishes are protective coatings for finished artworks. In most cases, spray finishes are permanent and non-removable. Some are designed to be removable, though this may not work for all media and special preparations like an isolation coat may be recommended or required. Spray finishes are often available in a variety of sheens (gloss, satin, matte, etc.) and are designed to protect and preserve the surface of your work from dust, dirt, moisture, and minor abrasions. Useful for a range of media and surface types. Many spray varnishes can be used in place of traditional brush-on varnish coatings, offering a more even application without noticeable brush marks. Some options are designed to offer UV protection, which helps to protect your artwork from fading due to light exposure.
