Manilla: 40 sheets per pad, cream coloured, coarsely textured paper. Very good as an inexpensive paper for sketching in soft/chalk pastel and charcoal. Also suitable for graphite and colored pencil. Can withstand very light wet media applications. Often called creme manilla.
