Art Appraisals

Art Placement offers Fine Art Appraisal services for works by established local and national artists. Whether for insurance purposes or cultural properties evaluations, we are happy to provide an assessment of the fair market value of a single work or an entire collection. The Gallery/art placement inc. is a Member of the Art Dealers Association of Canada (ADAC) and the Saskatchewan Professional Art Galleries Association (SASK GALLERIES).

Consultations

Art Placement helps buyers and collectors find the perfect art for their spaces. Whether a first-time buyer, seasoned collector, or corporate client, we are available to make the whole process, from initial consultation to final installation, as smooth as possible. We have hundreds of works in our inventory, available for you to choose from. We are also available to search outside for the perfect piece, or to engage artists for a commission. We also offer knowledge and guidance for individuals and corporations at any stage of their collection-building process. Please call, email, or visit us in person for more information.

Conservation

For clients requiring conservation or repairs to works of art, sculptures, or historical frames, we are pleased to connect you with Saskatoon-based Conservator, Sharon Deason. Deason is a professionally trained Art Conservator with twenty-five years of experience in conservation and documentation of ethnographic and decorative objects for private clientele and institutions. Transportation and Installations

Art Placement is able to provide or arrange packing, delivery, and installation services within Saskatoon and elsewhere for art works sold through the gallery. For clients requiring wrapping and transportation services for works already within their collections, we can also refer clients to the appropriate service providers.

Picture Framing

Art Placement's custom picture framing department provides a variety of services for the presentation and preservation of a variety of art forms and objects.
