La Papeterie St. Armand
These fine papers are crafted with care at La Papeterie St Armand on Montreal's
historic Lachine Canal. The mill employs a range of carefully selected natural
fibres including flax straw, cotton rag, flower petals, linen rag and silk in
the creation of machine and handmade papers for fine art and decorative uses.
It is this choice of exotic materials that gives each of the over sixteen varieties
of canal papers their distinctive character and appeal. Each sheet is 22"
x 30" with weights varying between textweight (linen wrapper series, lime,
stone) to a coverweight (100-140lbs).These beautiful papers are perfect for invitations,
business cards, greeting cards, folders, books, boxes, packaging, computer printing,
calligraphy, drawing, painting, printmaking etc. (Please note that due to the
